I am Abbe Davis, and I have spent a lifetime learning a lot. I believe we are all here to learn thru some of our hardest experiences. I didn't say it would be easy to learn, yet thru much of my own self-work and life experiences in New York, Boston, South Florida, and now Asheville, NC, I have learned one important key thing!

I matter and everybody's path contributes and has purpose.

Unlocking ourselves, who we are, how we cope, what we choose, is another key.

It is my goals to show people their own keys. Some are holding some great things and have no idea. Other people can unlock a lot of doors thru understanding more about what. What was that about? What did I choose? What do I do differently now?

I am here to help and I believe in my clients.
